About Quantic Eagle

Built lean. Operated with our own capital.

Not an investment fund. Does not accept, solicit or manage third-party funds. No client mandates. No investment advice, public signals, models, software or execution access. External discussions concern corporate, strategic or infrastructure matters.

Quantic Eagle is a founder-led UK private company that develops and operates quantitative investment infrastructure exclusively for its own capital.

Its purpose is deliberately focused: research systematic approaches, reject those that do not meet the required standards, deploy capital within a controlled operating perimeter and allow evidence to accumulate over time.

Quantic Eagle is not an investment fund, does not manage outside capital and does not claim the organisational scale of a large asset manager.

01 · Operating model

A deliberately lean operating model

Quantic Eagle is not built around a large workforce, a client distribution network or a traditional dealing floor.

The company does not serve investment-management clients or administer third-party assets. Its organisational needs differ from those of a conventional asset manager: its work centres on software, data and research.

The operating model is intentionally compact and digital, with resources directed towards research, market data, computing, execution and risk management infrastructure.

Company size and technical complexity are different dimensions.

02 · Registered office

London registered office. Digital operating model.

Quantic Eagle LTD is incorporated in England and Wales. Its registered office is in London, at the address shown in the public company register.

That is the company’s statutory and correspondence address. Quantic Eagle does not present it as a physical trading floor.

Research, monitoring and execution are supported by digital infrastructure and a distributed working model. They do not depend on maintaining large physical offices.

Quantic Eagle LTD’s incorporation, directors, registered office and filing history can be independently verified through the official UK Companies House register.

03 · Live trading evidence

What the live evidence actually represents

The 75 closed trades shown on this website were real trades executed in live markets with Quantic Eagle’s own capital between 27 January and 31 August 2026.

The underlying trades did not come from backtests, simulations or paper trading.

The public daily mark-to-market path is normalised and anonymised. It is a presentation of those observations, not an account balance or a statement of actual returns on capital.

The operating architecture continued to evolve during that period. These trades therefore document research and operations across successive internal configurations. They are not the prospective record of the selected portfolio policy—the operating configuration fixed through the final selection protocol and frozen on 1 September 2026.

Trade count is an outcome of the process, not a target. The system commits capital when its conditions are met; it is not designed to maximise the number of transactions.

A trade count should be read alongside the length and nature of the observation period. It is not, on its own, a measure of the process’s validity.

The 75 trades are one component of the operating evidence, not the full body of research evidence.

04 · Public evidence & verification

Public evidence and confidential due diligence

The figures published on this website come from Quantic Eagle’s internal operating and research records. They are not presented as independently audited performance.

That distinction concerns external verification. It does not mean that the underlying live trades were simulated. The final stress comparison is a separate piece of historical research, not live trading performance.

Quantic Eagle does not publish account balances, individual positions, live orders, credentials, model weights, feature-engineering methods, operating thresholds, source code or other confidential operating information.

These are private company data and proprietary intellectual property.

Where a substantive corporate or strategic discussion warrants deeper due diligence, supporting broker records, execution records and other relevant materials may be reviewed under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

Public disclosure and confidential due diligence serve different purposes.

05 · Research continuity

Freezing a policy does not freeze the research

The selected portfolio policy was frozen on 1 September 2026.

New observations extend that policy’s own prospective record. They do not rewrite its selection decision or retrospectively change the conditions under which it was chosen.

Research continues in parallel.

Future systems may be developed, tested and selected separately. Each selected policy can then be frozen from its own stated date and accumulate prospective evidence without altering an earlier policy’s record.

The aim is to prevent later knowledge from rewriting an earlier decision while allowing the research to evolve.

06 · Operating perimeter

Own capital and the regulatory perimeter

Quantic Eagle trades exclusively with company capital.

It does not accept or manage third-party investment capital, take investment-management mandates from clients or offer investment advice, public trading signals, models, software or execution access.

Quantic Eagle is not authorised to manage third-party investment capital or provide regulated investment services to clients. It does not offer, or seek to offer, those activities.

This is the operating perimeter described throughout this website.

07 · Company ownership

Investing through Quantic Eagle and owning a stake in it

Investment management and corporate ownership are separate relationships.

A client of an investment manager entrusts assets to that manager for investment.

A shareholder in a private company owns an interest in the company itself.

Quantic Eagle does not offer the former.

As a private company, Quantic Eagle may consider confidential corporate or strategic discussions where there is a concrete reason to do so. These may concern corporate ownership, strategic cooperation, infrastructure or other company matters.

They are separate from accepting money to manage on behalf of third parties.

Nothing on this website constitutes a public offer of shares in Quantic Eagle LTD.

08 · Public filings

How to read public company filings

Quantic Eagle is a small private company and does not claim otherwise.

Where eligible, it files accounts under the UK micro-entity reporting regime. “Micro-entity” is a statutory accounting and reporting category based on company-size criteria. It is not a measure of the complexity of a company’s software, quantitative research or operating infrastructure, nor does it measure assets under management.

Nominal share capital should also not be confused with the capital available to a company for its activities. The nominal value attached to issued shares is a corporate-law and accounting figure; it is not, by itself, a measure of operating resources, trading capacity or intellectual-property value.

Public filings are important. Different figures, however, answer different questions.

09 · Purpose of this website

Why maintain a public website?

A private company does not need to be opaque.

This website exists to provide a durable public reference for what Quantic Eagle does, what it does not do, how its research process is governed and how the evidence it publishes should be interpreted.

It also allows potential corporate, strategic and infrastructure counterparties to understand the company before deciding whether a conversation is relevant.

The website is not a substitute for due diligence.

Nor is presentation a substitute for evidence.

Evidence accumulates through observation over time.
